Important note on password security

Passwords must be at least 8 characters.  You are also advised to include both text and numbers, and also to have both upper and lower case characters.  For example, "13QuickBrownFox2010", "FranksCheese0112", etc.  Do not disclose your password to other people including your manager and people who claim to be for 'IT Support'.  Most security systems are hacked into by people being tricked into giving them their passwords.  If you think that someone has knows your password, then please use this form to change it immediately.
